The Gut-Glow Bowl: A Fibermaxxing Upgrade with Collagen
Share
Fibermaxxing is everywhere right now — and it's one of the best things to happen to your gut. Here's how we'd make it a beauty ritual, too.
If your feed looks anything like ours, you've seen the bowls: kefir, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds left to thicken overnight, then loaded up with peanut butter, honey, hemp seeds, and berries. It's called fibermaxxing, and the whole point is gut health — more fiber, happier digestion, steadier energy.
We love it. We'd just add one thing.
Meet the Gut-Glow Bowl
A scoop of Jelée Grass-Fed Collagen turns a fibermaxxing bowl into something that works for your gut routine and your glow. The logic is simple: the kefir, yogurt, and chia bring the fiber that fibermaxxing is all about, and collagen adds 10g of protein plus amino acids like glycine. It's also a favorite for supporting skin, hair, and nails. Same trending bowl, now with a beauty upside.
Best part: our collagen is clean and unflavored, and it dissolves right into the base. No grit, no chalk, no change to the taste you already love.
The recipe
The night before
- ½ cup kefir
- ½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop Jelée Collagen (whisk it in before it sets)
Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight so the chia thickens everything into a pudding.
In the morning
- A spoonful of peanut butter
- A drizzle of honey
- A sprinkle of hemp seeds
- Fresh berries
The result: real fiber, around 25g of protein, and your daily collagen — all in one bowl.
A gentle note on fiber
If you're new to fibermaxxing, ease into it. Going from a little fiber to a lot overnight is how the trend earned its bloating stories, so build up gradually and drink plenty of water.
