1. Frozen Glow Bites

10 min + 2 hr freeze · makes ~12

You'll need:

  • 1 cup Greek or coconut yogurt
  • 2 scoops Jelée Collagen
  • 2 tbsp warm water or milk
  • ½ cup berries, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

The ritual:

  1. Stir Jelée into the warm water until silky.
  2. Fold into the yogurt with honey, if using.
  3. Swirl in berries — the streaks are the pretty part.
  4. Spoon into a mini muffin tin or silicone mold; freeze 2 hours.

Glow tip: Two or three straight from the freezer is the perfect 3pm moment.

2. Coffee Collagen Cubes

5 min + freeze · makes 1 tray

You'll need:

  • 2 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 2 scoops Jelée Collagen
  • Ice cube tray

The ritual:

  1. Whisk Jelée into the hot coffee until it disappears.
  2. Cool slightly, pour into the tray, freeze.
  3. Drop 3–4 cubes in a glass, top with cold milk — a vanilla iced latte that never waters down.

Glow tip: The cubes ARE the latte — as they melt, your collagen is already handled.

3. The Vanilla Glow Latte

5 min · serves 1

You'll need:

  • 1 cup hot coffee or chai
  • 2 scoops Jelée Collagen
  • Frothed milk
  • Pinch of cinnamon

The ritual:

  1. Stir Jelée into the hot coffee until silky.
  2. Top with frothed milk and cinnamon.
  3. The MCT gives it a naturally creamy body — like you added something indulgent. You didn't.

Glow tip: The gateway ritual — you were making the coffee anyway.

4. No-Bake Glow Balls

15 min · makes ~14

You'll need:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • 4 soft dates, mashed (or 2 tbsp honey)
  • 2 scoops Jelée Collagen
  • 2–3 tbsp warm water

The ritual:

  1. Mix everything until it comes together like cookie dough.
  2. Roll into balls — lick the spoon, no raw anything here.
  3. Chill 30 minutes. Keeps a week in the fridge.

Glow tip: Two balls = a real snack with protein that tastes like dessert.

5. The Glow-Getter Smoothie

5 min · serves 1

You'll need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 2 scoops Jelée Collagen
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • Squeeze of lime

The ritual:

  1. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Pour, sip, glow — vanilla + mango + lime tastes like a vacation.

Glow tip: Jelée disappears into any smoothie you already love.

6. Overnight Glow Oats

5 min + overnight · serves 1

You'll need:

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Jelée Collagen
  • ⅔ cup milk, warmed slightly
  • Berries to top

The ritual:

  1. Whisk Jelée into the warm milk until dissolved.
  2. Stir in the oats in a jar; fridge overnight.
  3. Top with fruit — breakfast done before you're awake.

Glow tip: Make three jars on Sunday: three mornings of collagen you don't think about.

7. The Golden Hour Bowl

10 min · serves 1

You'll need:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 scoops Jelée Collagen
  • ¼ cup milk (just enough to blend)
  • Granola, coconut, fruit, nut butter to top

The ritual:

  1. Blend thick — spoon-thick, not sippable.
  2. Pour into your prettiest bowl.
  3. Arrange toppings like you mean it. This one's for the camera and the couch.

Glow tip: Golden-hour light, pretty bowl, #JeleeGlow — that's the whole shoot.
